Moving Closer to Food Security: Pericles Mailis, a member of the Board for BAMSI, yesterday demonstrated for staff of the Institute and the Ministry of Agriculture how to transform breadfruit into flour. The group gathered in the Ministry's boardroom where Mr. Mailis used a nutribullet and food mill to process the fruit.
